PRESS NOTICE
Local Agencies to Receive Over One-third of a Million Dollars of Forfeited Money
On Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee, will have a press conference in the atrium at the United States Attorney’s Office, 1110 Market Street, Suite 301, Chattanooga, Tennessee, to acknowledge local and federal law enforcement agencies for their participation in the investigation and forfeiture of property involved in United States v. Delgadillo, Case No. 1:07-cr-83 and United States v. Hendricks, Case No. 1:04-CR-36 (EDTN).
On December 5, 2007, Aniceto Delgadillo and Enrique Delgadillo pled guilty to conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with intent to distribute five hundred (500) grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.
On September 27, 2005, Charles Hendricks pled guilty to distributing cocaine hydrochloride, a Schedule II controlled substance.
The following agencies will receive equitable sharing, totaling over $352,685.94:

Whitfield County Sheriff's Department $8,249.46
Soddy Daisy Police Department $162,593.87
Georgia Bureau of Investigation $96,243.70
Georgia State Patrol $10,999.28
Hamilton County Sheriff's Department $66,350.17
